Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations incur a minimum 10% fee, with the balance refunded to the original card.
- Cancellations are not supported if an operator has been assigned or within 24 hours of commencement.
- In these cases, a minimum charge equivalent to 60 minutes will apply.
